• Nominations to come from Sub Juniors, Juniors, Intermediates, Seniors and Masters
• Nominations to be sought from all coaches involved in the Narre Warren Calisthenics Club by the 30th October.
• To be awarded this scholarship a member must be nominated at least twice in past years.
• Nominations are to be discussed with all coaches and at least two nominated committee members; one executive and one ordinary member.
• The award is to be given to the member at the annual concert.

This award is for the following:

• All classes for the year of the scholarship are free for the winning recipient.
• A trophy will be awarded to the recipient
• The recipient’s name will then be entered onto the honour board on the Narre Warren Calisthenics Club website.

A Letter will be issued to the recipient of the award outlining entitlements and the outline of costs for the up and coming year.

The award does not cover the following items and the recipient must then make provision for the following payments to the Narre Warren Calisthenics Club:

• Registration Fee
• Costume Hire
• Rod, Clubs or Aesthetic Skirt costs
• Club wear
• Tights
• Ballarat Accommodation and expenses
• Concert and Presentation night
